How long does delivery take?
Your order will be delivered within 5–7 business days in Germany and 5–10 business days within the EU.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. You can also check our Shipping Policy for details.
Can I track my package?
Yes, once your package has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number.
What happens if I am not at home when it is delivered?
Depending on the carrier, your package may be left with a neighbour, at a local branch or at a packing station. Please note: if you do not collect the package within 7-14 days (depending on the carrier), it will be returned to us.

What materials are used for the wall art?
Our prints are printed on high quality canvas, acrylic glass or metal framed museum posters.
How do I care for my print?
Canvas & metal frames: Dust with a soft, dry cloth.
Acrylic glass: Clean with a lint-free cloth and mild glass cleaner.
Will the colours match the images?
Yes, we print to the highest colour quality using our 8K design master files. However, slight colour variations may occur due to individual monitor settings. To protect against image theft, product images in the shop are intentionally displayed at a lower resolution.
Are custom sizes available?
